パッチ失敗。rejファイルを眺めても自分の想像力ではパッチがあたらない感触。恥を忍んでMacemacsjp-usersに質問。作者の橋本氏より電撃回答を頂く。6/3以降であればいいらしい。リベンジ開始。

Sorenson Squeeze Compression Error

QuickTime 7.1.1にしたのが原因のような気がするが，Sorenson Squeeze 4.3 for Mac OS Xでエンコード終了直前（99%）の状態になると失敗するようになった。まだ完全に裏を取っていないが，MPEG4 AVC（H.264），Real10，Flash8エンコードに何度か試してしているがエラーが発生する。

AWStatsのかわりにStatWatch

AWStats
Mac OS XでAWStatsが動かない。CGIモードで動かすと何もカウントされないページが出力される。CLIモードで-debug=1をつけて起動すると

こんなエラーを吐く，ソース弄ってパスを追加してみたがダメ。

ハマりそうな雰囲気だったので（って，小一時間悩んだのは秘密だけど），さっくり見切りをつけて，StatWatchを入れてみた。

ImageMagickの自力インストール

初投稿がうまくいったので次はテストもかねて画像を載せてみようとしたところサムネイル画像生成中に下記のエラーに遭遇。

Exception 395: unable to open module file `/usr/local/lib/ImageMagick-6.2.7/modules-Q16/coders/jpeg.la': No such file or directory

察するところImageMagickにjpeg機能が含まれていないようだ。そういえば、ImageMagickコンパイル時./configure後に表示された結果一覧のほとんどがnoであったことを思い出した。

Movable Type自力インストール

PoweMac G4 CubeでXOOPS Cubeを動かすのに飽きてきたので、blog定番ソフトとして名高いMovable Typeを仕込んでみた。Mac OS X 10.4(Tiger) Serverで動かすにあたって、いくつかハマったことがあったので、メモを残しておく。
OSにバンドルされているものは出来る限りそのまま利用し，設定ファイルも極力弄らないという方針で取りかかる。Tiger Serverには，MySQLが標準でバンドルされている。バージョンは4.1.13aだ。perl-5.8.6も入っている。MySQL-4.1以上はUTF-8がバリバリ使えようになったらしいから，サイトはUTF-8で作ってみることにした。
